Motivation

Some weeks are better than other. Some weeks are worse.

Some weeks are worse than others… I barely got paint on any miniatures this week. There is a reason for that. But if you focus on what is bad, your going to keep focusing on what is bad.

I am not a religious person, but I don’t mock anyone for being religious because I don’t think that makes you a bigger person. I think there are good things in there clinically proven good. One of those things is a Christian tradition called grace.

Being thankful for what you have.

I am thankful for my family, who have really supported me, my wife who does so much for me.

I am thank for my friends, I have good friends which I have helped cultivated, I have encouraged them and they have encouraged me, they look for my successes and celebrate them, and I celebrate theirs success.

I am thankful for my weight loss, I have been trying hard despite major set backs. This month I am almost 20% of my goal. I have lost 8 kilos, which is a pretty darn good for a month of effort.

I am thankful for my small stage where people come and listen.

If you want people to listen you should do it by example, that… is what I am trying to do. I may not be the best at it but I certainly try.

I am thankful that next week, I got paint on models. Because just because you don’t have one good week doesn’t mean the next has to be bad.

Until next time friends

Keep those brushes wet.
