Henry of Caladors Commissions usually does Warhammer minis but agreed to do Dungeons and Dragons minis for me as a trial. I found him to be very sensitive, patient and respectful of my disabilities. The entire process was very interactive and he kept me in the loop the entire time. He recorded clips of the processes he used and turn arounds so I could see how well the commission was going. We had different names for different colours so using hex codes ended up successful. I loved the cracked lava, translucent wings and grass details he put on my minis. Henry went above and beyond by making a foam box to accommodate six minis when I did not have a suitable one of my own.

I have commissioned Henry from Caladors on a number of projects (nearly 20 at time of writing) ranging from simple DnD models from hero forge to rare/ limited release blackstone fortress models all the way to showcase level primarch models from forge world. No matter what project I have sent him, he has engaged it with the same high level of professionalism, eagerness and communication which I have not seen when I have used other local and international commission painters. Being new to the hobby world finding a game called Bloodbowl. I found out quickly that the models needed assembly and that they needed to be painted. Henry was very helpful in the early part of teaching me some methods of painting and then when I commissioned him to paint up my Khorne team he produced some remarkable work and blew my mind with the centre peace being the bloodspawn. Amazing level of detail and always sharing updates with me along every step of the job. Great work and definitely would recommend his work.

Was not expecting much when I started asking around for someone to paint some figures, I was contacted quickly and he organized everything I wanted. He did an amazing job with much Higher Quality than I could do and he kept me updated with pics. Would fully use Caladors Commissions again the next time I want figures painted again. 🙂
